Based in Cardiff, with remote working options available, we are seeking an experienced Private Client Partner/Solicitor to lead our Cardiff team. The role requires expertise in wills, lasting powers of attorney, and probate.

The successful candidate will have the autonomy to manage their own caseload with minimal supervision and will work independently to provide a wide range of Wills & Probate services to clients in Cardiff.

Person Specification:

• Manage a high caseload with support from the team
• Develop and lead a high-performing Wills & Probate team
• Collaborate with wider teams to serve diverse clients
• Engage actively in regional business communities
• Network and enhance the firm’s local profile by attending regional events
• Drive the creation of a high-performing team

This role is ideal for an Associate or Senior Associate aiming for a Partner-level position or an existing Partner seeking to move beyond fee earning into a strategic leadership role.
