Job Description:

Are you ready to shape the future of leadership at BCG? We're looking for a strategic, analytical, and relationship-savvy professional to join our Partner Services Group (PSG) as Senior Manager for the MDP Task Force—a high-impact, temporary role that will immerse you in the heart of how we motivate, reward, and empower BCG’s most senior leaders.

What You’ll Do

As the driving force behind the evolution of BCG’s MDP Compensation & Equity (C&E) Framework, you will:

  • Help MDPs understand, trust, and be motivated by a value proposition that goes far beyond numbers.
  • Partner with senior leaders and a global task force to design, test, and implement enhancements to the C&E framework—ensuring it’s fit for BCG’s evolving strategy.
  • Lead strategic analyses and scenario modeling to examine incentive effectiveness and alignment with performance outcomes.
  • Own end-to-end project work, from data collection and insight generation to stakeholder communications and change management.
  • Shape high-stakes conversations with PSG leadership, the BCG Executive Committee, and a network of global MDPs.

This is a rare opportunity to work directly with top decision-makers and influence the core systems that define leadership success at BCG.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Curious and analytical—you love digging into data, spotting patterns, and making bold recommendations grounded in insight.
  • Strategic and structured—you’re comfortable making sense of complexity and designing solutions that work.
  • Influential and credible—you can hold your own in rooms with senior leaders, communicate with precision, and build trusted relationships.
  • Collaborative and proactive—you naturally take initiative, lend a hand, and contribute to team momentum in fast-paced environments.
  • Detail-driven—you’re obsessed with accuracy and always question if there's a smarter way.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll bring a combination of strategic mindset, analytical horsepower, and strong relationship skills:

  • 5+ years consulting experience, ideally as an Associate, Consultant, Project Leader, or within Finance/Client Team
  • OR: 8+ years in industry in finance, executive remuneration, or commercial operations
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, Finance, or a quantitative discipline; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Proven experience managing large, complex projects and navigating ambiguity
  • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; comfort with modeling, scenario testing, and financial logic
  • Sound understanding of accounting and economic principles
  • A high level of discretion when working with sensitive data

If you’re energized by high-visibility, high-impact work that influences the very DNA of leadership at BCG, we want to hear from you.

Apply now and help us shape the future of how we lead.
