We are looking for a Partner Sales Manager to join Kauai. The Partner Sales Manager will drive growth by building and managing catering and delivery partnerships, leading revenue generation, operational improvements, and customer experience initiatives, focusing on corporate catering and key locations across London, Essex, and the Midlands.

The Role
  1. Identify, onboard, and manage catering and delivery partners to grow sales and market share.
  2. Oversee all catering operations from order to delivery, ensuring brand standards, accurate POS processing, and stock control.
  3. Coordinate with managers on order quantities, staffing, and preparation, ensuring correct catering equipment and consumables are available and returned.
  4. Schedule and deliver catering orders on time, managing logistics for client satisfaction.
  5. Develop and execute joint business plans with partners, including promotions, commission negotiations, and performance reviews.
  6. Monitor sales metrics and partner KPIs, providing insights for marketing campaigns and seasonal promotions.
  7. Conduct site visits to maintain service quality and brand compliance.
  8. Negotiate partner agreements on pricing, service levels, exclusivity, and incentives with senior management.
  9. Track industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine partner strategy.
  10. Liaise with internal departments to secure and manage event bookings, grow the corporate database, and develop new client opportunities.

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 6 months experience managing data analysis.
  • Previous experience managing third-party delivery devices.
  • Minimum of 1 year hospitality operations experience in a QSR environment.
