Job Description:

Our dedicated London team provides a full range of services, from agency and investment through to lease consultancy, planning, and business rates, acting for London’s leading developers, investors, and occupiers.

We are looking for a Partner to join our London Office Advisory Business Rates team, specialising in business rates services for landlord and occupier clients. The role involves delivering a varied scope of services, including refurbishment and redevelopment work, serviced office strategy, and valuation negotiations, always seeking the best results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing high-level advisory services on business rates.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support Newmark's growth and market presence.
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of detailed reports, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with other divisions within the firm to provide integrated, multi-disciplinary services.
  • Provide strategic direction and mentoring within the Office Advisory Business Rates team.
