Partner / Associate Director - Quantity Surveying

Location: London

We're excited to be working with a respected and growing Quantity Surveying and Cost Consultancy firm to recruit for a key senior hire. This is a rare opportunity to join a forward-thinking private practice as an Associate Director on a clear pathway to Equity Partner within 2-3 years in the London office.

Whether you're currently operating at Director level or an experienced Associate Director ready to take the next step, this role offers strong progression and the chance to gain shares in a business that's expanding across the UK.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

  • Proven experience at a senior or Director level within Quantity Surveying or Project Management
  • Chartered status (MRICS or equivalent) preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams, mentoring staff, and overseeing complex contracts and budgets
  • Excellent client relationship and business development skills, ideally with a portfolio across sectors such as residential, commercial, logistics, healthcare, and retail
  • Commercially focused with a passion for driving business growth and supporting team development
  • Ability to work across a wide range of private and commercial sector projects
  • Ambition to become a future Partner with equity and the autonomy to grow your own client base
