The Role
As part of this highly regarded Legal 500-ranked department, one of the largest private client teams in Yorkshire, you'll work with a diverse and engaging caseload, primarily for high-net-worth individuals. The team benefits from a steady stream of repeat instructions and personal referrals, reflecting their outstanding reputation.
Working closely with the Head of Department, you’ll have the autonomy to shape the role to your strengths and interests. Your work will span a wide range of matters including estate planning, will drafting, trust administration, non-contentious probate and estate administration, lasting and enduring powers of attorney, and Inheritance Act claims.
In addition to fee-earning responsibilities, you’ll also take on a leadership role within the team, actively contributing to management and playing a key part in mentoring and supporting junior colleagues.
