Role Overview:

We are seeking highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and experienced freelance real estate agents to join us as Partner Associates. You will represent Monteo London in Prime Central London, managing your own client base, closing sales and lettings deals, and building your personal brand — all while benefiting from the marketing, reputation, and support of Monteo London.

This is a commission-only, partnership-style opportunity, perfect for established agents seeking greater autonomy and higher earning potential without the restrictions of traditional corporate structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent luxury residential properties for sale and rent across Prime Central London.

• Build and manage your personal pipeline of buyers, tenants, sellers, and landlords.

• Conduct property viewings, client consultations, and market appraisals.

• Negotiate offers and manage deals through to completion with full compliance.

• Leverage Monteo London’s marketing, media production, and database tools to grow your business.

• Collaborate with our marketing and admin teams to enhance property exposure.

• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and client service.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in prime residential sales or lettings (Prime Central London experience preferred but not essential).

• Strong personal network of high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) and investors is a major advantage.

• Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and client-focused.

• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and presence.

• Fluent in English; additional languages (Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Russian) are a plus.

• Registered with a professional body (e.g., ARLA, NAEA) is advantageous but not essential.

Compensation:

• High commission-based structure with no salary cap.

• Potential to earn £100,000+ annually based on performance.
