Partner or Legal Director – Senior Lateral Hires – New Commercial Insurance team

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic business as they seek to build a sophisticated legal offering focusing on various areas of commercial insurance litigation. You will be involved in constructing an extensive suite of services everything from property damage and complex subrogated recoveries to financial lines, fraud as well as more niche, but growing areas such as cyber and sports. Our client is looking to attract senior lateral hires at Partner or Legal Director-level to spearhead this project.

Summary

An exciting initiative for anyone with extensive experience in insurance litigation

We are engaged by a leading player in the insurance industry whose aim is to build an enticing and sophisticated legal brand to complement their already impressive suite of services. We are looking to speak with senior lateral hires at Partner or Legal Director level who are ready for a new challenge.

Perhaps you feel you wish to progress but are frustrated by the traditional law firm structure or perhaps you feel you have valuable experience to offer at an operational level. Our client is keen to have conversations with experienced lawyers who are capable of bringing a wealth of experience as they embark upon this new chapter of their history.

Attracting the right candidates

Our client is willing to invest heavily in attracting the right talent. However, there is an equal focus on establishing the right culture and behaviours from the outset. Much of the growth of the business thus far has been by careful organic growth, so the importance of maintaining their values is paramount.

Our client already has an impressive national footprint. This, coupled with a flexible approach to the way colleagues work and service clients means that candidates will enjoy all the benefits that hybrid working can offer.
