• Experience working in HR at manager level within a professional services environment.
• Knowledge of HR systems, preferably Workday.
• Strong operational leadership of complex people or HR processes.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills.
• Experience handling sensitive HR or partner-related information.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication with senior leadership.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder cycles (performance, reward, promotions).
• Experience line managing a small team.
• Ability to identify, design and deliver process improvements.

• Oversee key partner lifecycle processes, including promotions, onboarding, partner changes and retirements, performance and reward cycles, and other partner-related activities.
• Ensure robust governance, controls, and quality standards are maintained across all processes, using data and management information to support decision-making.
• Identify operational risks and drive continuous improvement to deliver an efficient and consistent partner experience.
