Job Description:

Our Partner Management team works closely with external suppliers and trusted partners to ensure high standards of customer treatment and achievement of business objectives. The Client Relations team communicates the quality of our services to creditors, demonstrating the value of our internal and outsourced solutions.

Our teams collaborate with high street creditors, financial investors, debt collection agencies, legal firms, debt advice companies, regulatory bodies, and industry focus groups. We continually improve our operational frameworks to stay industry-leading, delivering excellent customer service and financial results. We conduct onsite and offsite audits and reviews, ensuring processes and strategies are effectively designed and implemented across all operational sites.

Examples of roles offered include:

  • Client Relations Manager
  • (Senior) Litigation Case Handler

What do we look for?

All roles involve Relationship Management, Conduct Risk Management, and Performance Management.
