Job description

Meta is seeking a strategic and results-driven Partner Manager for 3rd party Measurement in the global Monetization Partnerships organization. The mission of Monetization Partnerships is to be the engine for business growth and innovation through partnerships. The ecosystem of partnerships spans many countries and ranges from startup ad tech to creative, messaging, signals, commerce, app monetization and measurement companies.In the role of a Partner Manager, Measurement you will work with some of the most influential and exciting Measurement partners in EMEA to drive business growth and innovation for clients and partners both in EMEA and globally. The applicant requires experience in advertising, business development, Product Management and Measurement. We look for a partnerships professional who is a self-starter and passionate about partners, products and people. Ideal candidates have established deep relationships with decision makers (C-Suite), key contributors and innovators within the Measurement industry.

Partner Manager, Measurement Responsibilities

Be the strategic advisor to the partner’s business growth in accordance with Meta’s own mid- and long-term revenue goals. Future-proof the strategic direction of the partners

Primary point of contact for a range of measurement partners on contract closure, execution/fulfillment and daily management/troubleshooting

Identify areas of innovation and risks in the partnerships and influence partner roadmaps by identifying mutual value exchange opportunities

Act as the voice of Measurement Partnerships with internal stakeholders, maintaining a constant feedback loop with product to ensure market feedback is considered for roadmaps

Work with cross-functional colleagues to surface and prioritize new partnership opportunities to address market demand

Engage with global Partner Management colleagues to share best practices and identify areas of collaboration/innovation that should feed into our broader partner strategy to support our advertisers

Become a thought-leader and exhibit confidence in presenting Meta’s Measurement approach to Executive stakeholders and during events

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience in measurement, digital/advertising technology, or equivalent, in Partner/Account Management, Product Management or Marketing Science roles

Demonstrated experience in clarifying and communicating complex measurement concepts such as methodological approaches

Experience gathering and analyzing data, research and market analysis, translating this information into requirements to develop a long-term partner strategy and influence shared Product roadmaps

Demonstrated experience executing in a fast-paced environment with several internal cross functional teams and external stakeholders at all levels

Demonstrable understanding of (advertising) technology, including a profound interest for Meta products and the digital marketing landscape

Resourceful, action and detail-oriented, with a high ownership experience delivering measurable impact

Proven ability to lead and execute multiple time-critical projects in parallel

Willingness to travel internationally

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with or working in Measurement companies in the Media Effectiveness, attribution, cross media reach domain

Experience in privacy enhancing tech (multi party computation, interoperable private attribution, clean rooms etc.)
