The Amazon Marketplace EU Heavy Bulky team is looking for a talented, customer-obsessed Partner Manager to help shape the future of our 3P Heavy and Bulky business. This role offers the opportunity to drive success for some of the most influential Italian based Sellers of Heavy and Bulky products, and to drive high visibility projects across a variety of internal teams.

The ideal candidate will be highly organized and have a demonstrated track record of successful account management, using data to identify and prioritize opportunities for Sellers to grow. They are a customer obsessed self-starter, passionate about account management, able to work independently with a creative problem-solving nature. They are analytical, enthusiastic, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and have strong writing skills with the ability to handle ambiguity, influence employees at multiple levels of the organization, and lead doc creation for senior stakeholders.

The successful Partner Manager must:
• Manage strategic selling partner relationships – with senior stakeholder engagement (internal and external)
• Be a strong advocate for Seller experience, helping identify and drive new opportunities for partners to grow
• Bring innovative ideas to the table, and drive stakeholder teams to support them, in order to find better ways of accomplishing our objectives

Key job responsibilities
• Account managing selling partners on Heavy & Bulky programs (MFN, FBA & Seller Flex)
• Performance analysis and development of growth strategies
• Close collaboration with Product Management, Selection, Seller Support, and Operations
• Initiation and implementation of projects to optimize customer experience, especially regarding shipping of large and heavy items
• Active participation in developing new, innovative shipping solutions in an international context

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience with MS Office Suite, CRMs (Salesforce) and other systems
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach or equivalent
- Experience managing and growing large accounts, product marketing or management consulting roles
- Fluency in English plus Italian language skills (C1 minimum)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level
