This role involves managing partner relationships and strategic business development across multiple regions including the UK, DACH, and Mali. EMEA Senior Partner Alliance Manager: UK or Germany

The EMEA Partner manager’srole will lead the relationship, business development and sales activities with globaland regional partners. This individual will work cross functionally with sales, marketing, product, professional services, and customer success teams to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive net new logos and expand on existing customers. There is a strong focus on recruiting partners, developing existing ones and managing joint business plans with key partners to grow in the UK/I,Nordics, Benelux, DACH & Southern Europe, South Africa, and the Middle East.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of proven Channel experience specifically covering the following:

Experience in building a partner ecosystem which includes proactive recruitment of new partners specifically in the UK/I,DACH, Nordics, Benelux, South Africa, and the Middle East.

Building and execution of joint partner business plans that drive joint revenue for both Bizagi and our partners.

Effective collaboration with crossfunctional global and local teams.

Well versed inenterprise Process Management and Automation, RPA, and Digital Transformation Supplement industry specificknowledge in a target industry (e.g., Retail, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Supply Chain etc.) is beneficial.

Demonstrates a consultativeapproach to selling with and through partners.

Experience with a variety of different partners, from resellers, MSPs and System Integrators.

Strategic Alliance & Partner Development

Support business development with key partners in EMEA.

Educate strategic alliance partners on product value proposition and the application of Bizagi to solve business challenges important to a client’s success.

Manage complex relationships and facilitate the growth of relationships.

Create partnership objectives, development plan and goal setting with regional Bizagi stakeholders.

Drive the relationships necessary to reach mutually beneficial objectives and the cross-functional commitmentsto achieve them.

Ensure the development and training of strategic alliance partners to ensure theycansuccessfullydeliver quality services to customers.

Develop partner specific sales enablement plans to ensure partners can properly position Bizagi solutions to customers und understanding our key differentiators.

Define profitable and sustainable business models for different partners based on their own growth strategies.

Facilitate the execution of local alliance and marketing contracts.

Business Development

Lead and support business development activities to support solutions at target accounts.

Work closely with the VP of sales and the sales team to co-sell with partners.

Drive account mapping activities with focused partners to proactively build value propositions to joint customers and or prospects.

Assess needs of partner sales team and conduct product and sales training and enablement activities to ensure partners become a true extension of our sales and delivery teams.

Bring new pipeline generation ideas to execute with the support of marketing, sales etc.

Perform QBRs, monthly forecast, manage pipeline, and drive sales revenue plan to meet goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Prior experience working at, or partnering with, a consulting organization.

10+ years related experience working in strategic partnerships or account management, ideally in a B2B techenvironment.

Sales mentality. This is a partner sales and partner management role.

Proven track record of revenue growth and quota over-attainment.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

You love networking and are articulate.

Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.

Capable of quickly learning new software products and clearly communicating value propositions.

You are commercially astute with strong quantitative and analytical skills. You relish digging into data and usingfeedback from partners to identifygrowth opportunities.

Experience in negotiating partner agreements.

You are open to travel (up to 50%) and attending events as a Bizagi ambassador.
