Ping Identity is seeking a Partner Sales Engineer to blend identity management know-how with a commitment to customer success. You will collaborate with our sales team, engage in partner meetings, demonstrations, and proofs of concepts to showcase the business and technical benefits of our solutions.

This role emphasizes technical and consultative skills, engaging with stakeholders to meet requirements and deliver impactful solutions that align with customer goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, or 3+ years in a customer-facing pre-sales role.
• Knowledge of identity protocols: SAML, WS-Fed, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM and REST interfaces.
• Experience delivering technical presentations, workshops, demos, and proof of concepts.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; ability to link technology to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-sales activities including demonstrations, presentations, guidance, PoCs, and RfX responses.
• Act as the go-to technical expert for Ping Identity solutions for customers, partners, and internal teams.
• Establish enduring relationships with customers and become their trusted advisor.
• Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue across Qualification, Discovery, and Technical Proof phases.
