About the role:

We are recruiting forward-thinking Partners (Financial Advisers) who are frustrated with the status quo and seek better outcomes for their clients. Our Partners focus on client interactions rather than admin or report writing.

This role offers an exciting opportunity for self-starters to build their own client base, moving away from traditional wealth management firms and contributing to our growth by empowering clients financially and transforming financial advice experiences.

What you'll be doing:

1. Creating new business opportunities through our embedded lead generation channels to grow your client book.
2. Providing holistic financial advice with a planning-led approach, understanding clients' unique needs, and guiding them to achieve their life goals.
3. Delivering exceptional client service to build long-term relationships with both mass affluent and high-net-worth clients.

Requirements:

• Client-centric mindset, with strong relationship-building skills, high attention to detail, and a focus on simplifying processes for clients.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, excited by building a client book and innovating within a fast-growing startup environment.
• Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new tools and systems.
• Team-player attitude, open to feedback, and adaptable to innovative ways of working.
• High personal integrity, handling confidential data responsibly.
• Qualified to provide regulated financial advice in the UK (minimum Level 4 diploma), with a preference for Chartered status or willingness to pursue it, and at least 2+ years of advising experience.
