A highly reputable and growing firm of chartered accountants is looking to recruit a salaried Partner Designate potential key hire, based in their St. Austell offices as a combined result of succession planning and planning for further growth and the future development of this firm. You will manage a sizeable client portfolio and looking to play a lead role in the further growth of this highly successful accountancy firm.

Description

Joining this firm as a salaried Partner Designate you will bring your career background as an all-round accounts, tax, audit etc adviser to sole traders, partnerships, limited company OMBs and other clients. Client portfolio can be moulded to either encompass both audit and accounts, with potential for RI status on the audit side should the right professional bring audit skills and interest, or it is equally viable to mould the portfolio around an entirely accounts and tax service focused client base. You will manage a sizeable fee base of clients, in a client facing advisory capacity, looking to develop relationships with the clients and drive the growth of this office for the future through new client growth, business development along with managing teams and playing a lead role in their development and progression. You will play a lead role in the future development and direction of this already successful firm of accountants. A clear path to progression and Partner level is on offer for the right professional.

Profile

For this salaried Partner Designate role you will hold any of the : ACA, ACCA, CTA, ATT qualifications and bring a career background developed within UK accountancy practice having developed your career to the managerial levels. You will have an all-around. general practitioner across any mix of year end accounts, tax, audit etc career background gained within any of small, medium/large size, mid tier, or top tier accounting firm background and you will be seeking a challenging, long term career move in the profession at this level with a clear route on offer to progress.

Job Offer

Circa £60,000 - £75,000 dependent on the background, experience and level plus benefits, negotiable .
