A leading insurance company in the UK is seeking a Partner Data Leader to join their Delegated team. This hybrid role focuses on overseeing data ingestion processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness while collaborating with internal stakeholders and partners. We are currently recruiting for a Partner Data Leader to join our established and experienced Delegated team here at RSA on a hybrid basis.
Your role
The purpose of this role is to lead a team who operate partner data ingestion processes for our UK Delegated business to ensure data is complete, accurate and timely.
In your role you will lead your team to operate partner data ingestion processes within agreed timeframes. You will liaise with our partners to ensure their data provision is complete, accurate and timely. You will also run and oversee the data validation processes, engaging with internal stakeholders and partners to resolve errors and anomalies and support Bordereau Business Partners to design these validations.
This role operates and oversees data-based checks to ensure that our partners are underwriting within their authority, using rules and specialist handling instructions provided by stakeholders. It collaborates with stakeholders to ensure data is complete and accurate for use in onward processes including financial booking by Offshore Operations.
You will complete and oversee the mapping of new partner datasets to the bordereau management tool, with input from internal stakeholders and partners.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the ability to operate and oversee data handling processes, specifically when these processes are developing / evolving.
You will have the ability to validate the inputs and outputs of a process, effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders and have experience using MS Excel.
This is a people leadership role so whilst leadership experience would be useful it is not essential. However, the desire to want to be a people leader is important. It would also be useful to have experience working with insurance data processes, experience operating tools created in MS Dynamics and experience working with Delegated Authorities.
