MRICS Partner Construction Consultancy Location: London Salary: Open to negotiation. Partner Level Benefits

Stafford Lawrence Ltd are engaged on a retained search for Chartered MRICS Salaried or Equity Partner for a Construction Consultancy for their offices in London. The current partner is looking to gradually reduce his workload before retirement and we are seeking to recruit a candidate who would be interested in taking on the mantle for this award-winning construction consultancy organisation.

Requirements

• Above all our client is looking for a candidate who is happy to utilise their Contacts in the London area to maintain and grow their pipeline of business in the area.
• This position will report to and be part of the Board.
• As a multidisciplinary consultancy, our client would like a candidate with a construction consultancy background, in project management, cost consulting, or building surveying.
• You will be chartered, and ideally, you will be MRICS, but other charter ships will be considered.
• Our client specialises in mixed-use, commercial, residential, healthcare, and Education projects, so a mix of this experience would be perfect.
• The ability to work with and liaise with the partners in their other UK offices, from Birmingham to Bristol and beyond.
• Extensive senior-level and recent knowledge of the London Construction market is essential for this position. The ability to network and utilise business contacts in the area is key.
• Continue to nurture and grow the teams in the London office for Quantity Surveying, Project Management and Building Surveying.
• If you are a tenacious, driven individual who likes Business Development and working with your network of London contacts, to drive the business forward, this is a great role.

Salary and Benefits

The base salary is open to negotiation for this MRICS Partner Level position in London. We are happy to discuss the required salary and benefits with complete confidence as well as to have further discussion around your requirements for a Salaried Partner or Equity Partner position.
