Our Partner Assurance Agency Team is the heartbeat of our operations, pioneering the on-boarding of new trading partners and crafting agreements that define our business relationships. Positioned as the "first line of defence" in our governance framework, this team is crucial in ensuring compliance and facilitating seamless transactions.
As a Partner Assurance Analyst, you will be instrumental in negotiating and drafting essential agreements that facilitate smooth and effective business transactions across the organisation. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams, tackle complex challenges, and make a significant contribution to the success and efficiency of our operations.
Negotiate, draft, and support Non-Standard Terms of Business Agreement contracts, ensuring their seamless administration and execution.
Collaborate with the Standard Terms of Business Team, addressing queries and renegotiating Standard TOBAs to optimise agreements.
Accurately maintain and publish central records of agreements, ensuring transparency and easy access for all stakeholders.
Build relationships with trading partners and internal divisions, including Retail, Wholesale, and Underwriting, to drive mutual success.
Manage and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders, such as Compliance, Legal, and Financial Crime teams, fostering alignment and collaboration.
Ensure all processes are meticulously documented, adhered to, and updated in accordance with Legal and Regulatory obligations, maintaining the highest standards of compliance.
Provide robust support to the Partner Assurance Team in project work, delivering valuable management information and stepping up during peak workloads.
Continuously enhance your understanding of the UK regulatory framework, positioning yourself as a knowledgeable and reliable expert in your role.
Contribute to and support submissions and regular reporting, shaping insightful narratives for Management and the Director of Partner Assurance.
