This is a fully employed position. Our Partners are given the flexibility of a self-employed model with full responsibility for becoming the best estate agent in their local area. They provide end-to-end services from valuation to sale completion. Support: This is not a self-employed position; we provide our Partners with extensive support, including learning and development, support from a local property centre, top technology, and industry-leading marketing to raise your brand locally. The best Partners will have an entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to excel in their area, building relationships, generating business, marketing their personal brand, and offering an exceptional customer experience.
This is a home-based role with the security and benefits of an employed status, allowing Partners to manage their own diary and support customers at their convenience.
