Main Purpose of the role:

The Spicerhaart group is the UK’s leading independent estate agency business. We are investing in the future of estate agency and partnerships with high-flying individuals.

You will be responsible for building and developing the estate agency profile in a designated core area, including targeted marketing, canvassing, developing business contacts, and converting market appraisal opportunities into instructions. You will oversee the instructions to completion, utilizing a nearby hub office with sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff to manage the customer journey once the property is on the market.

This is a unique role within the property sector, seeking individuals with at least 4 years of estate agency experience who want the responsibility to run their own area in an employed environment, with flexibility to work from home and in an office.
