What We Offer:

• £50,000+ per year in total earnings
• Basic salary between £20,000 and £27,500, depending on experience

Main Purpose of the Role:

The Spicerhaart Group is investing in the future of estate agency by partnering with high-performing individuals. You will build and develop the estate agency profile in a designated core area, making decisions on targeted marketing and canvassing, and developing local business contacts to generate referrals and grow the network. Using a nearby super hub office, you will value and convert market appraisal opportunities with the support of a marketing budget, overseeing instructions from valuation to completion with assistance from sales negotiators, sale progression, and admin staff.

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals with at least 4+ years of estate agency experience who desire the responsibility to run their own area within an employed environment, with the flexibility to work from home or in an office.
