We’re seeking a Partner-level leader to take ownership of a key client account, manage a team across three UK locations, and play a pivotal role in business delivery and development. This is a high-impact role for a strategic thinker and people leader who thrives in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead service delivery for a major UK client account, ensuring excellence across all touchpoints.
• Manage and inspire teams across Birmingham, London, and Manchester.
• Drive business development and expand our client base across EMEA.
• Champion cross-selling and collaboration across service lines and geographies.
• Represent Cushman & Wakefield in the market, enhancing our professional profile.
• Ensure profitability, operational excellence, and risk management across the account.
• Mentor and develop talent, fostering a high-performance culture.
Key requirements
• RICS-qualified professional with a degree-level qualification (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in client and account management, ideally within corporate occupier services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multi-location teams.
• Demonstrated success in business development and stakeholder engagement.
• Deep understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and client needs.
• Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and profitability management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and report-writing skills.
