RIG Arts seeks experienced socially engaged artists to lead a 12-week Participatory Arts Engagement programme in Greenock, Inverclyde. The lead practitioner will own the project from design to delivery and evaluation, ensuring outcomes align with the chosen theme and agreed outcomes.

Open to artists of all disciplines, with emphasis on meaningful participatory practice, sustainability and equality, encouraging ambitious and innovative approaches. Deadline to apply: 28 September 2026, 17:00.

RIG Arts are seeking experienced socially engaged artists to lead a 12 week programme of Participatory Arts Engagement in Greenock, Inverclyde. As lead Participatory Arts Practitioner, the candidate will take ownership of the 12 week project block from beginning to end, including design, delivery and evaluation against chosen theme and agreed outcomes. The opportunity is open to artists of all disciplines. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong participatory practice which combines meaningful social engagement with artistic quality. Strong weight will be given to artists with exemplary practice of sustainability and equalities, with value given to ambitious and innovative approaches.
