Crux Product Design is seeking an in-house recruiter to support the Human Factors and Usability studies. This role involves sourcing participants from diverse backgrounds for various studies, ensuring an outstanding recruitment experience, and collaborating with the Research Recruitment Manager to achieve recruitment goals. Candidates should possess experience in recruitment and excellent communication skills.
In this new role, you will work as an in-house recruiter of participants for Crux’s Human Factors and Usability studies. Supporting the Research Recruitment Manager, you will be proactive in sourcing participants for human factors studies, including hard-to-reach and large volume participant recruitment projects.
