Job Description:
In this role, you’ll be the face of the parts department—supporting an existing customer base while identifying opportunities to grow sales and introduce new customers to the brand.

This position offers a great mix of customer interaction, sales, delivery, and administration—all backed by a trusted name in agricultural and ground care machinery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Selling a wide range of parts and hardware to existing customers and new prospects
  • Taking customer orders by phone, in person, and while out on delivery routes
  • Promoting current offers and generating quotations and estimates
  • Delivering parts to customer locations using a company vehicle
  • Supporting branch operations with parts handling, stock control, and order processing
  • Building positive relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensuring high standards of accuracy when handling cash, card payments, and invoicing
What A Successful Candidate Needs:
  • Target-driven with a strong desire to achieve sales success
  • Confident communicator—both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Organised, able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Full UK driving licence (clean) required
  • Technical knowledge of machinery is desirable but not essential
  • A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to remain calm during busy periods
