Hays Education is working exclusively with an Ofsted-rated ‘Good’ primary school in Tameside. They are currently recruiting for a Part-Time Year 6 class teacher to work on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. The start date is September 2025, until the end of the academic year.

The school’s pupils are enthusiastic about gaining new knowledge, often motivated by engaging lessons and educational trips, including visits to a temple and orchestral performances.

The ideal candidate for this Part-Time Year 6 class teacher role in Tameside will have/be:

  • Qualified Primary Teacher (UK QTS)
  • In-depth knowledge of the KS2 curriculum
  • Ability to provide a secure and engaging learning environment
  • Commitment to work cohesively with colleagues, parents, and carers
