We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 4 Teacher to join a vibrant primary school in Lewisham. This is a part-time role, working 2 days a week (0.4 FTE), starting in September 2024. You will be job sharing with an experienced primary teacher, providing a supportive and enriching learning experience for their students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Collaborate with your job share partner to ensure consistency and continuity in teaching.
• Assess and track student progress, providing feedback and support to help every child reach their full potential.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and fosters a love of learning.
• Communicate effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching in a primary school setting, preferably with Year 4.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
