Job summary

Hills Road Sixth Form College in Cambridge is seeking an experienced part-time rugby coach to lead the women's team. The fixed-term role runs from 24 August 2026 to 30 April 2027, with six hours per week at £26.57 per hour, and-pay for any extra sessions if the season extends.

You will work with three other coaches to deliver pre-season trials, regular coaching and squad selection, and you will drive the college minibus to fixtures.

Qualifications

• RFU coaching qualification required.
• RFU Headcase certificate required.
• Full driving licence held for at least two years with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver coaching sessions for the women's rugby team.
• Organise and run pre-season trials and squad selection.
• Prepare the team for matches in the AoC Cup and local league.
• Drive the college minibus to weekly fixtures.
• Foster a resilient, teamwork-focused culture and support players' development.
