TPF Recruitment, Kent’s leading accountancy practice recruitment agency, is supporting a fantastic firm of chartered accountants in Tunbridge Wells in their search for a Will Writer to join their team on a part-time basis.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the private client tax team where you will be offered lots of autonomy.

  • Independently manage your own workload.
  • Take initial instructions from clients.
  • Prepare and advise on Wills of various complexities, draft powers of attorney, and other estate planning documentation, ensuring all documents are legally accurate and professionally written.
  • Provide high-quality, timely, and professional advice.
  • Correspond with executors, trustees, beneficiaries, and other professionals.
  • Attend clients in their own environments as required.
  • Refer complex trust inquiries, IHT advice, etc., to the partner.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client files and documentation on the company’s computer system.
  • Promote a compassionate and sensitive disposition, ensuring a positive client experience, especially when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
