Job Description: Part Time Welcome Host

Would you like to be based at the offices of one of the largest international banks in the world?

We are looking for a Part Time Welcome Host to ensure this prestigious bank remains a trailblazer for positive visitor experience and service excellence.

This role offers a variety of duties. In the front of house, you can let your positivity shine as you foster genuine relationships with clients and employees. You will also answer queries confidently, whether in person, over the phone, or via email. Behind the scenes, you will utilize your excellent coordination skills to undertake various facilities-related duties.

Details
  • Shifts: 20 hours per week, varying 4-hour shifts between 7am-6pm, 5/7 days
  • Salary: £13,500 per annum

This role requires managing multiple tasks, so organization and a keen eye for detail are essential. You need to be highly motivated, able to take initiative, and work well under pressure. Your proactive and positive attitude will help you develop relationships and engage confidently with everyone.

Previous experience in customer service or front of house roles is essential.
