Responsibilities

• Be aware of and comply with policies and UK law.
• Engage with National Operations Centre (NOC) and Mitie management using provided technology for incident reporting.
• Complete tasks on site as defined within the Assignment Instructions (AI's).
• Remain compliant with industry and statutory requirements including licence renewals.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and colleagues.
• Document incidents with accurate notebook entries for reports.
