Job summary

B&Q Poole is seeking a Store Delivery Driver on a part‑time basis (15 hours per week). You will drive a 3.5 ton van to deliver items to customers’ homes and occasionally work on the shopfloor to fulfil orders.

The role requires a manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1) held for at least a year, ability to lift heavy items, and weekend availability. DBS, DVLA, and Experian checks apply.

Qualifications

• Manual UK driving licence (Category B/B1) held for at least one year with no more than 6 points.
• Experience as a multi-drop delivery driver is useful but not essential.
• Flexible to work on a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
• Willing to undergo background checks (Experian, DVLA, DBS).

Responsibilities

• Drive a 3.5 ton van delivering orders to customers' homes.
• Fulfil customer orders on shopfloor using new technology and assist colleagues.
• Maintain safety and efficiency while representing the B&Q brand.
