Job summary

Vets for Pets Whetstone in London is seeking an experienced Veterinary Surgeon for a part-time role (24 hours per week) to join a modern, well-equipped practice.

You will consult and perform surgeries, work with a supportive team, and have opportunities to develop clinical interests with CPD support and a focus on patient care. RCVS registration and 2+ years of experience are expected.

Qualifications

• RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon with current registration.
• At least two years of clinical experience in veterinary practice.
• Excellent communication and client care skills.
• Comfortable working both in a team and independently.
• Interest in developing a clinical specialism (ultrasound/scanning advantageous).

Responsibilities

• Consult and perform routine and surgical procedures.
• Develop and pursue clinical interests with support for CPD and certificates.
• Work within a collaborative, wellbeing-focused practice environment.
