Job summary

GLG Vets in Derby, Derbyshire, is seeking a Part Time Veterinary Surgeon to join a welcoming, well‑run practice. You will run consults, perform routine and some advanced soft-tissue surgeries, and work with the nursing team to provide outstanding inpatient care.

The role emphasises teamwork, clear client communication, and a supportive, learning‑led culture with CPD encouragement and a friendly team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK small-animal first opinion practice.
• Confidence with routine surgery and consults.
• Further certifications welcomed.
