Job summary

SIXT at Stansted Airport is seeking a customer‑facing Fleet Service assistant. You will meet customers on arrival, help with returns, and keep vehicles spotless in outdoor car parks, delivering first‑class service daily.

This part‑time role (20 hours/week) offers a starting salary of £14,380 per year plus a monthly bonus, with 22 days of annual leave and a staff benefits program including pension and a staff rental scheme.

Qualifications

• Able to work outdoors in car parks and handle handovers with customers.
• Willingness to work in shift rotations to cover branch hours.
• Valid driving licence and at least 12 months driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to a high standard for customers.
• Complete handover paperwork with customers for smooth transitions.
• Manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches.
• Inspect vehicles for damage and report issues with documentation.
• Confirm damages with customers and obtain signatures.
• Assist refueling and support efficient branch operations while representing SIXT.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You will prepare, clean, and valet vehicles to maintain a high standard for our customers
• You will complete all necessary handover paperwork with the customer to ensure a smooth transition
• You will manage vehicle deliveries and collections between branches, ensuring timely service
• You will inspect vehicles for damage during collection and return, report any issues, and complete the required documentation
• You will confirm any damage with customers, ensuring they sign the necessary documents and notify the Branch Manager
• You will assist in refueling vehicles, supporting efficient branch operations at all times while representing the premium SIXT brand with outstanding customer service
