• Experience coordinating an in-house UK payroll.
• Knowledge of HMRC, pension requirements, RTI, and payroll compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Collaborates with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
• Discreet handling of confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly UK payroll process with data prep, calculations, payments and submissions.
• Ensure payroll activities comply with UK legislation and reporting requirements.
• Oversee outsourced payroll across four international countries with accuracy and timely approvals.
• Perform payroll reconciliations and investigate variances for finance insights.
• Coordinate payroll year-end processes and support audits.
