You will manage the end-to-end UK payroll, ensure compliance with PAYE and NI, and coordinate outsourced payroll across four international countries. The role emphasizes accuracy, controls, and proactive process improvement while maintaining strong relationships with HR and Finance.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating in-house UK payroll.
• Solid knowledge of UK payroll legislation (PAYE, NI, RTI, pensions).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills and deadline management.
• Experience collaborating with Finance, HR and external payroll providers.
• Ability to resolve payroll queries confidently.

Aufgaben

• End-to-end monthly UK payroll processing, data prep, calculations, payments, payslips and submissions.
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation including PAYE, NI, RTI and pension obligations.
• Oversee outsourced payroll across four international countries with accurate data and timely approvals.
• Complete reconciliations and provide payroll insights to Finance.
• Partner with HR on lifecycle changes and benefits.
• Maintain payroll controls and audit trails across UK and international payrolls.
• Coordinate year-end processes, audits and system updates.
• Review processes and implement improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
• Act as main contact for payroll queries, resolving issues promptly.
