Fred. Olsen Travel is recruiting for a part-time Travel Consultant in Colchester. The role focuses on delivering tailored travel solutions and servicing a growing client base, with a mix of in-branch and phone interactions to handle queries and bookings.

You will work 21 hours per week (9am–5pm) across a 12-month fixed-term contract, including Saturday shifts on a rota basis, with opportunities for travel and training in the travel industry.

Qualifications

• Liaise with customers in branch and via telephone regarding queries and bookings.
• Meet branch and individual sales targets.
• Provide high level customer care and adhere to service standards.
