Fred. Olsen Travel currently seeks a dedicated Retail Travel Sales specialist to join our Heathfield branch. You will engage customers in-branch and by phone, provide tailored travel solutions, and contribute to achieving sales targets while upholding our service standards.

The role includes Saturday shifts on a rota basis. Prior travel industry experience is required, with opportunities for growth and participation in travel-related events and training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience within the travel industry is required for this position.
• Experience in meeting branch and individual sales targets.
• Ability to deliver high level of customer care and adhere to service standards.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers in branch and via telephone in regards to queries and bookings.
• Meet branch and individual sales targets.
• Assist with arranging events and customer evenings and general office administration.
• Support our client base with expertly tailored travel solutions.
