Job summary

Mind in Gwent in Pontypool seeks a part-time Mental Health and Wellbeing Worker to provide trauma-informed, person-centred support to adults with complex mental health needs. You will deliver individual and group interventions, manage caseloads, monitor outcomes, and maintain records in line with GDPR and funding requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in trauma-informed support for adults with mental health needs.
Ability to manage a caseload with assessments and reviews.
Experience working in partnerships with agencies or services.

Responsibilities

Deliver trauma-informed one-to-one and group support to adults.
Manage caseloads with assessments, support planning, and reviews.
Monitor outcomes using wellbeing measures and data.
Maintain confidential records and comply with GDPR.
Prepare reports and contribute to project evaluation.
Respond to safeguarding concerns per policy and law.
Collaborate with organisations to improve pathways of support.
Provide outreach and flexible delivery across settings.
Support training/events and share learning with funders.
Represent Mind in Gwent at meetings and events.
