A supported living healthcare provider in Lincoln is looking for compassionate part-time Support Workers to assist an individual with Autism and mental health needs. The role involves providing person-centred care, managing complex risk behaviours, and supporting community involvement, including volunteer activities. Candidates must have a valid UK driving licence and experience in similar roles is preferred. The position offers flexible shifts with opportunities for training and progression.

Part Time Support Worker
Shifts Available: You MUST be able to work 24 hours per week.
We are looking for compassionate, proactive, and resilient Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Lincoln, supporting a vibrant individual with Autism, ADHD, and mental health needs.
This person has full mental capacity and leads an active lifestyle. They enjoy being out in the community, during the day and during the night. They are passionate about animals and currently volunteer with a local animal organisation.
Applicants must hold a full, valid UK driving licence.
