Children’s Social Work Matters in Calderdale is seeking a part-time Team Manager to lead the Calderdale Therapeutic Service (CTS), supervising a multi-disciplinary team and shaping trauma-informed, systemic support for children and young people in care.

You will oversee operations, provide supervision and reflective practice, work with partners, and contribute to service planning and development, with a commitment to improving emotional wellbeing and stability.

Qualifications

• You will be a qualified social worker or practitioner from a relevant therapeutic background, registered with the appropriate professional body.
• Sound understanding of trauma-informed practice.
• Experience of managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Commitment to improving emotional wellbeing and stability for children and young people.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational leadership of the Calderdale Therapeutic Service (CTS).
