Currys is recruiting a Retail Sales Colleague for our stores in the UK. The role involves driving sales, helping customers and offering services such as delivery and installation. Training is provided through a two to three day induction at our academy in Fort Dunlop or virtually.

Shifts are 8 hours per week with the option to take additional hours. Stores operate 7 days a week, with hours typically 9am–8pm locally; weekends included.

Qualifications

• No in-depth knowledge of tech required; induction provided (2–3 days) either virtually or at Currys Academy.

Responsibilities

• Match customers with products by asking the right questions.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer support services like delivery, installation, recycling and ways to pay.
• Contribute to overall sales performance of the store.
• Work across different departments and product ranges.
• Assist with running the store by completing operational tasks.
