Qualifications

• No in-depth knowledge of tech required; induction provided (2–3 days) either virtually or at the Currys academy in Fort Dunlop, Birmingham.
• Ability to learn about latest technology and products.
• Comfortable meeting personal sales, service and customer experience targets.

Responsibilities

• Asks the right questions to match customers with products.
• Makes every customer interaction memorable.
• Offers delivery and installation, recycling and ways to pay support services.
• Contributes to overall sales performance of the store.
• Works across different departments and product ranges.
• Supports running of the store by completing operational tasks.
