Job summary

Currys Ballymena is recruiting a part-time Sales Colleague for a fixed-term peak contract. You’ll work 8 hours per week with flexibility for extra hours, earning £12.71 per hour plus an average bonus of 89p per hour, rising to £13.01 after probation.

No advanced tech knowledge is required at start; you’ll complete a 2–3 day induction and learn to sell, serve and support customers while contributing to the store’s performance. Weekend shifts are common.

Qualifications

• No in-depth knowledge of tech required initially.
• Induction provided to learn selling, serving and supporting customers.
• Ability to work in a team and learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Match customers with products by asking the right questions.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer support services like delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
• Contribute to store sales performance and work across departments.
• Support store operations and day-to-day running.
