Job summary

Currys Kendal is hiring a Sales Colleague for a fixed-term Peak contract. This part-time role is 8 hours per week with flexibility to work extra hours, and pays £12.71 per hour plus a bonus of £0.89 per hour, rising to £13.01 after probation.

No prior tech knowledge is required; all new colleagues complete a two to three day induction (virtually or at our academy in Fort Dunlop) to learn how to sell, serve and support customers.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience desirable.
• Ability to meet sales, service and customer experience targets.
• Good communication and teamwork are essential.

Responsibilities

• Ask questions to match customers with products.
• Make every customer interaction memorable.
• Offer delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
