GAIL's Bread is seeking a Part Time Team Leader to guide a team in a busy bakery environment. You will motivate staff, coach colleagues, and ensure outputs meet our high standards.

You’ll be the positive, decisive example during shifts and help optimise daily operations with clear, proactive communication. This role offers flexible part-time hours, opportunities for apprenticeship pathways, and a supportive team culture focused on growth and excellence.
