Job summary

GAIL's Bread is seeking a full-time Team Leader to guide a bakery team in delivering products to a high standard. You will champion development of teammates, lead by example, and ensure smooth daily operations with clear communication and strong organisation.

The role focuses on motivating others, driving performance, and maintaining quality across shifts, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and product quality.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a retail/hospitality environment.
