Provide classroom support to students aged 11–16 in a range of subjects
Assist teachers with lesson preparation and behaviour management
Offer one-to-one or small group support for students with additional learning needs
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Previous experience in an education or support setting (preferred)
A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a passion for working with young people
Flexibility to work part-time hours (morning or afternoon sessions available)
A DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one
